From a Learning and Development perspective Sarah has collaborated with the CIPD ‘on and off’ nearly 15 years, delivering HR qualifications and short training courses to CIPD clients in the Gulf and Europe. She has spent over 10 years working as an HR and Training Consultant based in the UAE where her work has also taken her to Oman, Kuwait and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Sarah has implemented a variety of HR and development projects including HR policy, Oracle HRIS, assessments, competency frameworks, performance management and training across different industry sectors. Past clients have included ADAT (now Etihad Engineering), DMCC, Sharaf DG, Topaz, Panasonic, Omantel, Muscat Electricity and Saudi Electricity. PwC and DP World. Sarah holds an MBA from Henley Management College (awarded the Evening Standard scholarship in 2003), a MA in Personnel & Development from the University of Westminster and is a CIPD Chartered Member.
