Rosemary is a Strategic Advisor, People and Change Practitioner, Facilitator and Executive Coach who, for the last 25 years has specialized in delivering change and transformation with a focus on people. Having studied business, leadership, organizational and human psychology, drawing on her core competences of building relationships, influencing, critical thinking and problem solving, Ro has led projects in both the private and public sector including the UN, World Bank and economic development and aid agencies around the world.

Industry experience includes Health, Pharma, Logistics, Military, Financial Services, Telecoms, Culture & Tourism and Banking.

Previous in-house experience includes senior leadership roles in strategy and ‘Big 4’ financial services organizations and projects have included economic development in conflict and post-conflict counties, large global cultural change and organizational development programs and both leadership and technical assessment programs for government and global organisations . Ro has worked as is a tutor with Harvard Business School and Ashridge/Hult and currently works with The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) delivering qualifications from level 3-7. She is also a GLG and AlphaSites advisor.

Ro has a post graduate diploma in Executive Coaching from University of Columbia, New York and is certified by the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Civil and Commercial Mediator, accredited by the UK Mediation Council, and qualified in various psychometric instruments and behavioural and capability analytical tools.
