She co-founded Divergent Line HR Consultants and teaches CIPD qualifications at Middlesex University Dubai as an adjunct faculty, sharing her knowledge and passion for HR with aspiring professionals.

With over a decade of experience in the people profession, Carmen has a proven track record of implementing innovative HR programs that boost operational efficiency, foster talent growth, and drive strategic development. She is dedicated to mentoring HR professionals, promoting inclusive work cultures, and driving continuous improvement. Carmen holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University and is a Chartered Member of CIPD.
