John is a globally experienced Management Consultant, facilitator, training designer, change manager. Highly experienced facilitator both face to face and interactive on-line workshops. Facilitated workshops and had exposure to cultures in over 50 countries including USA, South America, India, Asia, Central Europe, Africa, Canada, China, Saudi Arabia and throughout the Middle East.

He has held a number of Senior Learning Leader roles including:

• Head of Workshop Development for Imparta
• European Head of Training and Development for BOC
• Senior Business Change Consultant for Xansa
• Senior Organisational Design Consultant for Lloyds TSB

John is an Associate Member of the CIPD, a Member of the CMI, and a Fellow of the ILM.
