Qualified to degree level in HR management and development Kevin has over 25 years’ experience as a practitioner, facilitator, lecturer and psychotherapist working in the private, government, semi-government and charity sectors in the UK and internationally within a range of sectors, (Telecoms, Aviation, Health, Logistics, Oil & Gas and Technology).

Kevin is a freelance people professional consultant working with a range of international organisations, successfully setting up a Middle East office based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a client and working with several partners to deliver CIPD, CMI, ILM accredited programmes and a range of bespoke courses for clients.

Having worked on several international projects in EMEA, MENA Kevin’s areas of expertise include HRM L&D, organisational behaviour, organisational design and development, employee engagement, coaching and leadership development. With over 20 years teaching experience in a range of settings learners can be confident of a challenging, engaging, supportive and interactive programmes.

Drawing on my own and broader experience in the field of HRM/L&D, I have also been Vice Chair and Education Officer for the CIPD’s West London branch committee for several years, an active member of the CIPD’s Steps Ahead Mentoring programme and have recently formed with colleagues the People Professional Club – KSA to develop and share knowledge with people professionals throughout the GCC region.
